When are you open for walk-ins?
Studio Nana is open for walk-ins most days between 10am–5pm.
Because I also run classes, pop-ups and bespoke alteration fittings, there may be moments when I’m out or the studio is temporarily closed.
If you’re planning to pop by, I recommend checking our Instagram Stories for daily updates or sending a quick DM to make sure I’m in the studio when you arrive.
For bespoke alterations, you can book a fitting time via our online booking link to make sure I’m all yours and ready to help.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are class purchases final?
We are unable to accept returns on classes. Please be in touch with us 48 hours in advance so we can sort out a new date that best suits you.
What happens if I can't make the class?
We’re unable to offer refunds, store credit, or ticket changes within 48 hours of your class. This also applies to missed classes. Please double-check your ticket details beforehand.
If something pops up last minute and you can’t make it, you’re absolutely welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member who can enjoy the class in your place.
