Studio Nana – Return & Refund Policy

Bookings & Classes

All class bookings, multi-class packs, workshops, and holiday programs are non-refundable.
Your booking reserves a limited spot, and because our classes run in small groups, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, or schedule changes.

Rescheduling

We know life happens!
If you need to move your booking:

• You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you contact us at least 48 hours before your class time.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours of your class is not possible, as your seat has been prepared and materials allocated.

Holiday Program bookings are not able to be rescheduled due to the fixed schedule and high demand.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your booking without notice, the session is considered forfeited with no refund.

Class Packs

Class packs (3, 5, and 10 sessions) are non-refundable.
Unused sessions expire 12 months from purchase.
You can schedule sessions at your own pace through our booking calendar.

Workshops & Events

Workshops and special events have limited seats.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend—just email us their name before the event starts.

Cancellations by Studio Nana

In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• A free reschedule, or

• A full refund for that session.

We will always give you as much notice as possible.

Digital Products or Downloads

All digital guides, patterns, or downloads purchased through our website are non-refundable once delivered.
