how do studio multi passes work?
Class passes let you book multiple workshops in advance and save. You can use your passes across any regular workshops and booking dates. The more classes you purchase in a pass, the bigger the savings. Passes are valid for 6–12 months depending on the pack.

can I book individual classes?
Absolutely! You can book single classes anytime. Single-class bookings are perfect if you want to try a workshop before committing to a multi-class pass.

what happens if I can’t attend a class?
We understand life happens! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. For single classes, we’ll do our best to reschedule you. For pass holders, your session will remain available so you can use it at another date.

do I need to bring my own materials?
Nope! All materials are provided for your workshop projects. Just bring yourself, your creativity, and your excitement to make something beautiful.

are classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels. We provide clear guidance and support throughout, whether it’s your first time sewing or you’re looking to refine your skills.

do you provide food and wine?
Yes, we aim to make your Studio Nana experience a full creative treat. Select workshops include light refreshments, snacks, and a glass of wine, giving you time to relax, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere.

can I gift a class or pass?
Absolutely! Studio Nana gift vouchers make a wonderful present for anyone who loves creating, upcycling, or simply wants a lovely night out.

how do I book?
You can book directly through our website via the class calendar. Choose your single class or pass, select your dates, and follow the checkout process.

do you offer private or 1-on-1 workshops?
Yes! We offer private and 1-on-1 sessions. These are perfect for friends, team-building events, or if you want focused attention on a specific project. Contact us to arrange a session.

what is your cancellation/refund policy?
We offer refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before a class. Pass holders can reschedule missed sessions within the pass validity period. Please see our full policy.
